1 General Terms & Conditions

Lb77 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an online Sports Betting and gaming service operating for users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all services available on the lb77 website and mobile application.

2 Account Registration

You must be 18 years of age or older to open an account at lb77. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited, and any such account will be closed immediately upon detection — all deposited funds may be forfeited.

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information at the time of registration. Registering with false or incorrect information will result in account closure and possible forfeiture of deposited funds.

• Accounts may not be opened in the name or identity of a third party.

3 Identity Verification (KYC)

5 Withdrawal Policy

A completed KYC verification is required before making a withdrawal from lb77. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are typically processed within five minutes to four hours of the request, though it may take slightly longer outside banking hours.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the mobile banking number used for the original deposit, as part of our anti-money laundering policy. If you wish to withdraw to a different number, additional verification will be required.

• Multiple withdrawal requests may be made on the same day.

7 Betting Rules

When placing bets at lb77, always confirm the details of each wager. Once a bet is placed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled. In live betting, odds change in real time and bets are accepted at the current odds.

If an event starts more than 48 hours after the scheduled time or is cancelled, the related bet will be voided and the stake refunded. In the case of a draw or tiebreaker, settlement will follow the rules of the specific market.

• The minimum bet amount is ৳50.

• Placing multiple bets together (parlay/accumulator) is permitted.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on lb77. Violations will result in immediate account suspension, possible forfeiture of all winnings and deposited funds, and legal action where necessary.

• Match fixing or betting based on insider information.
• Arbitrage betting or system manipulation.
• Money laundering or use of illegal funds.
• Use of automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Attempting to access or hack another user's account.
• Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute against lb77.

9 Account Closure & Suspension

Lb77 may close or suspend an account without prior notice under the following circumstances. Upon closure, any eligible balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded; however, in cases of Terms violations, all funds may be forfeited.

• Any violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Registering with false or incorrect information.
• Failure or rejection during KYC verification.
• Suspicious or fraudulent transactions.
• If evidence of underage use is found.
• Upon court order or at the request of a law enforcement agency.

Users may request account closure at any time. It is recommended to wait until all active bets are settled before closing the account.

10 Responsible Gaming
